Brendan Haley is a passionate advocate and a deeply knowledgeable policy expert on an energy efficient economy. He was the principal catalyst behind the creation of Canada’s first energy efficiency utility, Efficiency Nova Scotia. Currently, he serves as Policy Director at Efficiency Canada.
